God Our Protector

God Our Protector

God is our protector.

He is our refuge when we are overwhelmed, our strength when we are weak, and our shelter when life feels uncertain. His protection does not mean that we will never face difficulties. It means we do not have to face them alone.

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”
— Psalm 91:1

What a powerful picture—a God who covers us.

When fear comes, we can run to Him.

When we don't know what to do, we can seek Him.

When circumstances are beyond our control, we can place them in His hands.

God sees what we cannot see. He knows what we do not know. His understanding is greater than ours.

You Don't Have to Be Afraid

Fear can make us focus on everything that could go wrong.

But Scripture repeatedly reminds us to trust God.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.”
— Isaiah 41:10

God doesn't promise that the road will always be easy. But He promises His presence.

Sometimes His protection looks like opening a door.

Sometimes it looks like closing one.

Sometimes He protects us by redirecting our plans, removing something from our lives, or asking us to wait.

And sometimes, we may not understand His protection until much later.

That is why faith requires trust.
